This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both creative content work and structured outreach communication, with clear development toward either Social Media or Digital PR/Offpage specialization.
Social Media
- Co-own the editorial calendar and scheduling ofposts across the company's social media channels.
- Manage day-to-day community interaction: respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor content performance and collect key metrics (engagement, reach, community growth).
- Research trends, formats, and creative ideas for social media.
- Monitor competitors' activities and share insights and opportunities.
- Create periodic reports on social media performance.
Digital PR / Offpage
- Contact and communicate with bloggers, website owners and agencies via email and telephone.
- Support outreach campaigns (prospecting, follow-ups, coordination).
- Own the internal outreach database: keep contacts, status and deliverables accurate and up to date.
- Collaborate with internal teams (SEO and Content) to align targets, pages and messaging.
- Monitor and report on the performance of outreach campaigns and backlinks.
- Review content pieces for completeness, accuracy and alignment with guidelines before publication/outreach.
Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, ora related field (or equivalent experience).
- First experience (internships/personal projects) in social media, content, PR/outreach, or SEO-related work.
- Excellent writing skills in Italian; good working proficiency in English (company language).
- Strong communication skills (written + verbal) and confidence in email/phone outreach.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable and consistent in managing recurring workflows.
- Analytical mindset and comfort working with spreadsheets and performance data.
- Curious to learn more about SEO and digital PR/offpage.
- Team-oriented and fast learner.
- Interest in the iGaming industry in Italy is a plus.
